Google+ pages will truly make an impact for any businesses which combines social media with search techniques. For starters, Google+ now lets you share or make your information private. Although Facebook is working on this process, Google made it to the plate a little bit faster! But this is just the beginning: the meat of the idea for business is the +1 feature which will be discussed in this blog. Keep in mind that we’re still fiddling with this and we welcome your experiences with Google+1.
The +1 feature is a feature which allows businesses to create a page using Google+ and then be able to link their page to a web site URLs and add it to their Ad word account simultaneously. When this process happens, it will make the strength of the brand stronger, due to the greater number of links tied to the URL through the +1s on Google+ and the AdWords account advertising. This whole bundle makes a website stronger and will rank it higher on the search engines.
Before now, +1s were very specific to an individual’s URL’s and were only useful when people +1ed a URL or added Ad word ads to their page, thus directing traffic organically to their site’s landing page. However, Google+ has now made it possible to outperform ads without this feature, because of the fact that traffic is being directed towards a more social and highly directed audience which is more specific to that site. This is definitely more appealing to businesses because it makes a direct impact on their site with a lot better results.
Goggle stands by their new +1 and insists that it will not affect the display network when going up for auction. They also use +1 data that results in a more effective approach and targets advertisement with its display (networking), thus being able to give better quality ads and targeting specific groups, such as friends or specific businesses, bringing much better results. By using the +led, which Google considers “a pretty cool button”, people and customers are given more information that they might want to look into or get more information about the business or subject they are researching. This option is either paid or is organically done.
By combining these two facets, Google claims that the auction on any display-networking site won’t be impacted. When you are in the process of enabling these social extensions, advertisers will need to be able to marry social extensions to the Ad extensions so that you will be able to enter your Google+ page (aka, your landing page) for their advertisements. By selecting these options while entering it into a URL page, the task of setting up Ad Words and your +1 is done all at once. Remember though, this option might not be available to all advertising agencies at this moment.
Aggregating these options is quite enticing to all people and businesses are get more information out to whoever wants it with the goal of bringing in more business. Google might be right: “the cool bottom” has added some more enticing social media networks for all of us to use!
