What are the features of Facebook secret groups? There are several which will make communicating easier for any small business and as any good business owner knows, good communication is a cornerstone to success.
First, Facebook secret groups ease their group chat. Everyone that is linked to that group can have access to the chat feature. Being able to use it at the same time is effective and it keeps everyone on the same page. This seems to open up the communication lines a whole lot quicker when compared to using the phone or emails. So far, they really don’t have this type of function on the cell (or app) right now, but I am sure they will in the near future.
Secondly, it is also very effective for small business to use a shared document. This can get the whole group together to give their input and having a working knowledge of things like proposals and schedules.. This is a great feature because other members can edit and make suggestions, as well. They do have a similar feature on Google Docs, so being able to do any type of promo texts, any press releases, or answering any controversial issues is made far easier.
Thirdly, they offer a private photograph sharing. This gives members the opportunities to post any photos, which are shared just among the members and no else can see them. A great example: if you need any type of advertising and just want the team in on the discussion, it is well protected from other eyes. Therefore, members can discuss upcoming advertising and being able to create albums, by putting in several images in the process. Discussing comments with this shared private photo makes it so convenient, while tagging the photos (images), by using only the names of the group.
Fourth, they do have a feature that you can also do shared emails. With this feature your members can create emails posts just to that secret group (page). This enables you to email any text or photos (images) that need to be seen.
As you can see there are several great options in using Facebook and incorporating a group effort that becomes effectives for any business opportunities. Give it a try for yourself!
